Job Description

We are now looking for a Project Manager for Electrical Engineering to join our team in Uddevalla and Trollhättan. Here, you will be a key person in driving and leading design assignments within electrical and telecommunication systems – both technically and economically.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects together with our designers. You will lead the daily work in the projects and ensure that deliveries maintain high technical quality. You will work closely with our clients, participate in meetings, and build long-term relationships that contribute to new business and developed collaborations.

A typical work week may consist of coordination meetings within the team, supporting designers in their work, producing drawings and project documents, and maintaining contact with clients and external stakeholders. In the long term, the role may also include inspections of electrical and telecommunication installations, depending on your skills and interests.

With us, you will be part of an experienced team with broad expertise in electrical design, contract documents, investigations, contract inspections, and revisions. We collaborate closely with our nearby offices and work based on established methods and routines – while also giving you ample space to contribute your own ideas and initiatives.

The work primarily takes place at our offices or at client sites, but can partially be combined with remote work as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has broad electrical experience, and wants to further develop in a role where you both lead and execute assignments. You enjoy collaborating, take initiative, and have a strong service mindset towards both clients and colleagues.

Requirements for the role:

• Several years of experience in project management within electrical and installation projects – either as an Electrical Consultant or as an Electrical Contractor
• Driving license B
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Deep knowledge of electrical installations and power supply

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of advanced safety solutions
• Experience in projects within healthcare, housing, or commercial premises
• Experience in projects according to LOU
• University degree in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Magicad, and Febdok
